• I was responsible for schedule and budget preparation for all activities, budget and schedule monitoring,
contract administration, cost control, cost break down and work break down structure’s preparation, reporting
(KPI, monthly and yearly achievements), problem solving, preparation of management meetings (presentation,
etc...).
• I had the opportunity to handle the manager roles for a period of 6 months, that challenge made me understand
and learn several skills in project and team management.

Reggane Nord Project (JV between SONATRACH / Repsol / DEA and Edison)
• Planning and Cost Control Engineer with a period of practical work experience, seconded to the project team for
the development of a gas field. The scope included:
◦ EPC-2: Roads, airstrip and drilling platforms.
◦ EPC-3: Construction of a living base and military camp.
• Responsibilities included budget and schedule monitoring for EPC activities, progress measurement procedures,
contract administration, cost control, and reporting (KPI, monthly and yearly achievements).
