Lead project teams in KHTP in driving process quality initiatives in the project and organization. Currently managing processes for projects like AgriBazaar, AgriOffice, IP Management System, and Intelligent Surveillance System.
The key activities are basically as below, but not limited to:
• Plan for process improvement and quality activities in
projects, with respect to CMMi implementation, TRIZ, and Lean Six Sigma
• Perform process quality audits in ensuring project
compliance to organization processes.
• Review of key project artifact and deliverables.
• Conduct project level measurement analysis.
• Implement process change management practices within
the organization.
• Assisting in pilot implementation of Agile - Scrum method for KHTP

Facilitates the development and implementation of the organization's quality program, in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the organization, applicable laws and regulations, and Information System accreditation standards - CMMi.
Conducts workshops & training to project staff on new/enhanced quality processes and reviews the implementation of theses processes for compliances.
Provides guidance to project & service delivery teams on process implementation.
Prepares Quality Assurance Review plan/schedule and conducts Project Reviews/Audits.
Provides status and information to Delivery Managers and Quality Manager regarding process compliance in the project & service delivery on a regular basis.
Collects, summarizes and analyzes customer survey and performance data/metrics, to identify opportunities for improvement and presents findings to the IS Quality Manager.
Identify best practices, lessons learned in projects and contribute to organization's project/process database.
Participate in implementation of new processes and corrective actions governed by SOX 404 compliance.
Perform data gathering, conduct research and develop strategies to ensure compliance.
Review documents, reports, procedures, and applications and prepare prescribed work papers.
Perform application gap analysis.
Drive the execution of improvement plans to ensure applications meet business / control requirements.
Work with cross-functional/regional groups to facilitate business policy and procedure changes for the organization.
Work closely with other countries including the US.
Draft report on findings based on areas of audited assignments.
Identify key risk areas, draft audit program and ensure audit coverage for audited assignment.
Review business risk from IT perspective and internal control assessment.
Responsible of managing and ensuring that products and services are delivered on time, within budget in a manner which complies with the established standards of ISO 9001:2000 and the CMMi Level 3 framework. Relevant project experience include:
1. Leading a team of QA Engineers in managing the quality of the MITI-MATRIIX Phase II project.
2. Managing the quality of EGAG Integration project involving eSPKB, LFEP, eTerimaan and eMaklum modules for Jabatan Akauntan Negara.
3. Managing the quality of the Trustee Information Management System for Amanah Raya Berhad which started in March 2005.
4. Managing the quality of Sistem Kawalan Diesel Bersubsidi (SKDS) for KPDN & HEP
5. Supports other quality team members in other projects concerning airports e.g. Fort Myers, Soekarno Hatta International Airport; and other internal projects
6. Review of existing processes and operational structures through quality audits and technical reviews
7. Analysis of existing process controls and associated documentation
8. Ensuring adherence of control procedures throughout the Software Development Lifecycle in project monitoring
9. Identification of key process controls- mainly through analysis of process breakdowns and user requirements
10. Consultation with staff of all levels to agree methods of solution in tender proposals
11. Assisted in the production of a documented Quality Management System (QMS) based in ISO standards
12. Implementation of the agreed QMS across the company
13. Adoption of process auditing and continuous improvement techniques in the QA department
14. Educating project team members on software quality assurance procedures (Presentation/Workshop).
