overseeing that the kitchen runs smoothly and coordinating with staff. plating food as per dish is required and making sure everything is done properly. making sure staff is motivated and helping wherever is necessary. placing of orders and making sure everything is labelled correctly.dealing with customer requests and complaints when it arises. checking if recipes are followed so the food has a consistent level of standard that needs to be followed.
