Managing operations and repair maintenance functions for reducing breakdown / downtime & enhancing operations and packing control.
Monitoring maintenance for food safety, CIP, GMP and master sanitation.

Directing, leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training of Food safety, Health safety. HACCP, OPRPs, CCPs, SOP for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
Responsible for Implementation of GMP, GHP, GSP & maintain cleanliness environment in production floor as per food safety norms.
To maintain and improve product quality as per standard/customer specification if deviation in product quality then carry out route cause analysis & take corrective action immediately.
