Projects Names:

1.South Ghawar UR- Wells Tie-In \[Saudi Aramco Project\]: from September 3, 2021 until Present.

2. South Ghawar Transmission Pipeline \[Saudi Aramco Project\]: from March 12, 2021 to
September 3, 2021.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Issuing and expediting MRs \[Material requisition\]: following up with the main project
designer and engineering team to close all engineering comments.

2. Sending RFQ \[Request for quotations\]: Sending request to all expected vendors to
provide their technical and commercial offer for the required MR.

3. Following up with vendors to submit their technical and commercial offers on time
manner.

4. Issuing TBEs \[Technical Bid Evaluations\]: sharing all the technical offers with our engineering to make sure offers have met with MR specifications and Quantities.

5. Building up a Comparison sheet by Excel: preparing a comparison sheet after getting all
the commercial offers from vendors for evaluation.

6. Preparing POs \[Purchase Orders\] for the selected vendor based on the following: price,
terms and conditions, quality, and material delivery duration).

7. Issuing OPR / AR \[Order Placement Recommendation\]: preparing and submitting OPR to our client Saudi Aramco after placing the PO to vendor.

8. Preparing Bid equalization if needed.

9. Tracking and managing NMRs (NMR-601 - 602- 603) \[None Material Requirements\] After PO Acknowledgment.

10. Coordinating with PQC to know the status of IAP, ITP, and PIM.

11. Reporting all the NMRs status to Procurement lead.

12. ERP: registering MR items, RFQ, Purchase order On ERP.

13. Attending and conducting meeting when required.
