Duties & Responsibilities:
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) Train the Trainer.
• Design and implementing yearly Internship programs for Industrial engineers.
• Planning the quarterly training plans according to new hired needs and current employees training needs.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills and trained over 500 employee’s for orientation programs and Soft Skills (Time Management, Communication & Interpersonal Skills)
• Managing training courses and career development based on training needs analysis.
• Creating trainers team to conduct training sessions for all products & systems.
• Sending a report to station managers; HR & Training Manager; Station HR on monthly basis of the progress of training follow up conducted on new hires in their stations.
• Arranging training sessions required for leadership, sales etc…(Internal or External)
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses.
• Travel to different cities to support training initiatives.
• Monitoring the completion of training plans of All KSA Stations.
• Coordinating between labors & management.
• Coordinating with site engineers.
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Maintaining proper filling system.
• Acting as a HR administrator in recruitment & selection of new employees when needed.
• Deal with the customers directly in certain issues.
• Organizing, managing, coordinating, and directing the operations and functions of personnel.
• Coordinating and participating as a selection panel member in recruitment process, including selection, appointment process, preparing reports.
• Editing documents & presentations, preparing employment packages, handling benefits information and processing termination paperwork.
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
• Entering and updating employee information into company databases.
