- Managing the key account (AL Rajhi bank, AL Alinma bank, Arab National Bank, STC, Taqnia, Saudi industrial Development Fund).
- Membership Transactions .
- CCHI (council of corporate health insurance) solution management.
- Claim management.
- Handling customer complaints and take all possible actions.
- Team Support. - Achieving both individual and department goals and objective.
- Analyzing and verifying the data before entering in the system.
- planning workloads and rotas
- allocating tasks to team members
- handling problems or complaints
- briefing teams on targets, initiatives and policy
changes
- coaching and training staff
- monitoring and reporting on team performance

- Issue and Sharing the New Decisions, Reports and the activities on organization website .
