- Daily management of projects staff and multiple sub contractors.

- Collaborate with cost control and planning departments in preparing daily and monthly reports on progress,
materials used and costs to higher management, highlighting deficiencies and proposing remedial means
and measures to improve on progress
- Responsible for completion of the assigned project within budget and schedule while meeting quality and
safety goals of the company.
- Order procurement of tools, equipment, and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work
schedules.
- Ensure that the work is being coordinated with other discipline such as electromechanical

PROJECTS
1- Storage building for Food and Drug cooperative Company ( FDC ) consists of three basements ( 1st basement of 12m height) and four floors. Work includes : Shoring works ( secant piles ), excavation, concreting ( shear walls and post tension slabs) and all finishing works. Contract price 7, 000, 000$. ( main contractor : MATTA for contracting).

2- Villa ( FAQRA 500), Private project consists of two basements, Ground floor, two floors and swimming pool. The project is a high end finishing with contract price 5, 500, 000$. (main contractor : Arabian construction company-ACC).

As a Projects Manager I am responsible of management aspects of company business development:
- Developing, planning, scheduling and administering company.
- Ensuring that all jobs are completed according to plans, are within budget and according to project deadlines.
- Delivering timely and accurate reports, financials and schedules on a regular basis.

2- Pile foundations for HARAMAIN HIGH SPEED RAILWAY Bridges in Madina, Rabigh, Jeddah and mekka.
3- Secant pile walls for King Abdulaziz airport Jeddah .

panels for the walls and slabs including all finishes.( Under constrction ).

contigous piles wall with anchors, shotcrete and all finishing works.
Construction of shoring system for Dubai Islamic Bank tower and Town Tower
In Beirut down town consists of secant piles wall with four rows of anchors, shotcrete
and base plug by injection of bentonite mix in bore holes and micropiles distributed
along the area of the project to resist the uplift pressure.
