• Manage a set of strategic accounts in Oil and Gas, healthcare, Education and Government Sectors.
• Generating services sales leads (managed services, BC/DR, IT consultancy, systems integration) by identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction through MSAs, SLAs, OLAs and handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

• Evaluate and Establish partnership with new partners to extend ICT portfolio and to address new market in order to continue a double digits sustainable growth in revenue and GP.
• Manage the relationship with the partners and distributors through effective business planning, close joint engagements, and unified go to market strategy.
• Develop and executes jointly developed business plans; including strategic initiatives, training plan, marketing plan, revenue targets, etc
• Develop the partnerships to comply with the partners' program certifications, resources, and revenue in order to maintain the highest level of partnerships.
• Develop sales and technical knowledge in all Network & Security portfolio solutions in order to position the right product / vendor that match the customer business requirement.
• Manage a consolidate pipeline for all reporting sales team and close follow-up on all committed and strong upside opportunities to make sure recognizing them on time.
• Respond to all customer issues and follow-up them with the internal team and/or related partner to guarantee prompt response and customer high satisfaction.
• Instrumental in managing key accounts and collections along with handling the entire sales / presales cycle
• Supervise responding to RFQs and Tenders; provide support to the Account Managers and other business units.
• Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicator to measure and monitor the team’s performance based on clear criteria
• Effectively manage team to maximize core competencies, certifications, and technical expertise of all individuals to best meet corporate objectives.

• Closed major high end to end security projects with enterprise customers (ATP, NGFW, NGIPS, UTM, WAF, SIEM, Endpoint Security and load balancers)
• Overachievement of 116% of Services sales revenue and 135% GP targets for 2016.
• Achieved YOY growth of 33% in Network and Security Portfolio.
• Establish partnership and generate business with new Vendors (Fluke, Gemalto, Imprivata
