• Deliver IT courses for Both Diploma and Higher Diploma student.

* Provide consultancy services to clients with IT related projects ranging from hardware, Software, networking, and training. Work performed included the following:
* Set up of various types of hardware including computers, printers, modems, scanners, etc.
* Resolve specific errors or problems with hardware and software. Systems include Microsoft windows, Novell, and Apple Macintosh.
* Set up computer networks and provide support in resolving any problems related to networking and suggested the proper network configuration based on the client needs (Communication protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, etc.). Configurations include TCP/IP subnets, IP configuration including configuration MAC clients using AppleTalk Protocol to allow users running Apple Macintosh to communicate in a Microsoft Network Environment.
* Provide Application and technical training to clients as needed.
* Management of training department for Naval Hospital
* Deliver technical and desktop application training for corporate employees.
* Coordinate with other trainers in the development of training material as needed. Update software training material meet the current needs and keep it up to date.
* Prepare the training schedule for the whole year and assign trainers to courses based on their ability and expertise.
* Member of project team responsible for Active Directory (AD) implementation. Migrating current NT network to Active Directory (Windows 2003) and Exchange 2003.
* A member of the Help Desk to resolve any trouble calls related to Microsoft office products, network issues, and other technical related issues.
* Deliver technical and desktop application training for corporate clients and individuals.
* Prepare student for certification exams including MCSE, MCDBA. MCSA, A + and Network+.
* Deliver MS-Office courses to prepare students for Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS).
* Setup and configure network and classrooms to meet the requirements for conducting courses.
* Performed extensive training in the administration and implementations of MS-SQL Server.
* Performed extensive training in the implementations of MS-Exchange 5.5/2000.
* Participated in the implementation of Exchange Server 2000 for ASI.
