*Planning, organizing and tracking my Territory to know the market, trends, jobsites, customer needs,
habits and business goals to match up with Hilti's business goals.
* Finding a solution to their concerns and problems resulting in long term relationships.
* Probing the customer to find the right Hilti product to meet their respective needs resulting indentifying
solutions for their applications and or deadlines.
* Placing, tracking orders and coordinating tool repairs to meet the customers service needs.
* Conducting new product presentations, tool training, tool licensing, product/services training on job sites and in offices.
*Provide solutions on job site when customers are experiencing troubles withapplications.
* Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction sitefor subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
* Setting out, leveling and surveying thesite;
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy ofcalculations;
* Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
* Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials andplant;
* Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intendedproject;
* Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the clientorarchitect;
* Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in theproject;
*Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
* Day-to-day management of thesite, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
*Compressive tester of construction materials in particular metals using Charpy Tests, MicroHardness Test and WeldingTest.
* Undertake field work by collecting samples for laboratory tests.
* Quality evaluator of different types of cements and conduct field surveys.
* Site supervision.
