1) Correspondence with banks and arrangement of required documents for approval of Fund-based Financing Facility (Working capital loan) and Non Fund based Financing Facility for issuance of Inland performance Guarantees, advance payments guarantees and Letter of Credit for foreign procurement 2) Arrangement of Fund based Financing facility (Working Capital loan) of Rs. 500 Million and Non-based Financing facilities of Rs. 3, 000/- Million for Letter of Credits (Import and Inland) and Letter of Guarantees 3) Negotiation with banks for project financing and financing facilities enhancement 4) Setting Terms of Letter of Credit according to UCP 600 and International Standard Banking Practice 5) Thorough knowledge of UCP 600 and International Standard Banking Practice to identify discrepancy in shipping documents and guide the supply chain/procurement department throughout the procurement process 6) Collection and verification of shipment documents received in bank 7) Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements 8) E- Filing of Tax Returns. 9) Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually Cash Flows, Cash flow Forecasting 10)Processing of vendors and Subcontractors invoices for payment. 1 1)Processing of Salaries, Gratuity and Provident Fund. 12) Negotiation with bank for investment of surplus funds in shape of term deposit at the competitive rate 13) Verification of rate of return of profit received on the bank balance of saving accounts
1) Processing Letter of Credit and Bank Contracts for new shipments and feeding online application for reduced rate of Withholding tax under section 148 of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 2) Collection of tax deducted at source and updating record in connection with taxes. 3) Monthly Submission of Withholding Tax 4) Maintaining Stock movement ledger, purchase ledger, sales ledger, Supplier wise-payable and ageing report and Customer-wise receivables and ageing according to requirement of Sales Tax Audit 5) Preparing monthly variances report i.e. fixed expenses, materials, labor & Power. 6) Preparation of Monthly Finished Goods report after stock take. 7) SAP business One operational development. 8) Uploading of opening balances of customers, suppliers and stocks from old accounting system to SAP B1 9) Creating new item code in SAP B1 according to requirement of production team 10) Updating item Master data & Bill of Materials (BOMs) in SAP B1. 11) Supervision of all SAP B1 modules i.e. Financial, Purchase, Sale, Production & Inventory.
1) Looking after overall accounting and Store system. 2) Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements 3) Reconciliation of related party transactions with respective parties 4) Dealing with forwarding and transport companies to arrange on time delivery to customers at better rate 5) Daily Stock and material consumption reports 6) Monitoring optimum stock level to ensure availability of products 7) Dealing with clearing agents for clearance of foreign consignments 8) Monthly Bank reconciliation Statements 9) Negotiation with bank for term deposit 10) Establishing letter of credits or bank contracts in favor of foreign beneficiary and negotiation of commission rate for issuance of aforesaid instruments. 11) Finalization of AOP Audit with external auditors.
