• Keeping current on new developments in information technology trends for future upgrades and modifications in installed systems.
Highlights:
• Designed and administrated a website (www.alepagr.com) for the Agriculture Chamber and developed a Computer Election System for the chamber and launched it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administered and maintained network infrastructure, including the coordination of workgroup LAN network in two different places in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Organized requirements definition for, and selection of, productivity enhancing technologies and their application for business process optimization in terms of operating systems, software and hardware and provided all technical support as required.
• Identified network issues and recommend appropriate solutions, additionally developed some solutions using MS Access.
• Trained staff about any new development incorporated in the system along with defined new training requirements to meet the development in IT field.
• Performed data backups and disaster recovery operations. Planned, coordinated, and implemented network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
