• Providing Trip support at various locations worldwide emphasizing in Fuel Operations.

• Reaching to fuel suppliers directly and negotiate prices of fuel at international locations.

• Coordinating with clients directly making sure no discrepancy occurs during my allocated shift.

• Very well informed and aware of clients and resellers operating in the industry as well as the suppliers and other handlers world wide.

• Keeping a thorough check all the way from receiving a particular request until the invoice is received, billed and executed.

• Paying extra attention to details as even a small change in price can incur a huge loss, or a small note left unread can be a reason for getting unwanted Tax and Vat being charged without exemption which the client may not be willing to pay, hence incurring a loss.

• Creating price offers and generating fuel price quotes, margin is added keeping in mind the productivity of the client and location.

2006 - 2010 / Emirates Group - DNATA (Cargo / Courier / Ground Handling Assistant)
Key Responsibilities

• Providing documentation and processing airway bills for outbound cargo and courier for an allocated flight.

• Making sure the cargo, courier and baggage is dispatched to the aircraft to be loaded on time.

• Receiving the incoming cargo and courier by providing customs clearance for major companies like DHL, TNT, Aramex and FedEX.

• All above has to be done very urgently keeping in mind the cut-off times according to the flights departure and arrival times. Any delay can cause a huge impact in operations and even incur loss to the company thus requires great responsibility.
