• Inquire all books of accounts from junior accountants on monthly and daily basis.
• Audit of all departments of branch as per requirements of internal auditor.
• Stock Inventory of branch at monthly basis as per requirement.
• Coordination with vendors on behalf of branch manager for business promotion.
• Making requests for purchase orders of vendors.
• Inspection of daily PO receiving’s, DSD, RTVs, Transfers & store use entries.
• Preparing final credit and debit notes and process to head office.
• Prepare reports and forward to finance controller for transaction update.
• Ensured accuracy of all daily transactions & posting in system properly.
• Operating petty cash and banking transactions
• Making outstanding details & Follow up with vendors.
• Bank reconciliation and ledger account reconciliation.
• Entries of cash book, sales bills & purchase bills etc.
• Preparation of supporting document for payment processing
