- Restructuring the sales departments
- Preparing sales plan including sales forecast, marketing & controlling the budget. Ad P&L
- Preparing sales analysis & evaluation.
- Set growing business plans for sales operations (upper tread, lower tread, point of sales)
- Start the E- Commerce business
- Review all contracts/agreements & renew professionally targeting the goals has been set.
- Structuring the existing price polices
- Insuring brands coverage, availability, visibility, & call effectiveness in all outlets
- Setting sales targets and journey plans for the sales team
- Implementing trade promotion and follow up on results.
- Preparing monthly promotional calendars
- Classifying outlets and rating their performance
- Conducting sales training sessions, couching sales attitude & sales skills
- Leading a team of 4 units sales managers, 2 Supervisors, 4 Van Seale Rep.
- Conducting & analyzing sales reports to assure effective route contribution with outlets.
