The analyzers that I have worked with are (Gas Chromatographs) ABB PGC 2000, ABB PGC 5000, Siemens Maxum ED II, Siemens PGC 200, Emerson Rosemount model 700 and Yokogawa GC 8000. Photometer analyzers of ABB and Siemens, Moisture analyzers of GE panametrics and Ametek 3050 OLV, Sulphur, H2S and SO2 analyzers of Antek C6200, OMA 300, Galvanic Applied sciences, Ametek NSL 880, Ametek Western research 933. Flue gases analyzers ABB advanced optima, Rosemount OCX 8800, and many more.
The routine jobs included but not limited to, CM's and trouble shootings relating to oil and gas separators controlling problem, PD compressors and PD pumps instruments related problems, chemical injection pumps, latest screw compressors instruments problems, well head controls and commissioning. Supervision of contract personnel during project execution. Support vendors during the commissioning of major equipments.
Joint metering Calibration exercises with clients, PM and CMs of online Gas chromatographs of Daniel 500 series.
I had been working with Engro Corporation at fertilizer plant from 2001 to June 2009, where i worked with many basic pneumatic and electronic instruments either field mounted or control room mounted, i had worked there with many control systems i.e., Bailey infi 90, Honey well experion pks severs and clients, Allen Bradley PLC RS Logix 5 / 500 and Gas turbine MK-V HMI. Control valves overhauling, trouble shooting and supervision of over hauling during shut downs, of different brands with Globe, Butterfly and ball valve.
