• Led a team of to implement MIS reporting structure in three different markets and two separate restaurants concepts.
• Devised and Led ad hoc projects highlighting the variance in MIS reporting across branches resulted in accurate cost reporting and decrease in cost variance across branches by 10%
• Price Volume Mix analysis- to determine the underlying reasons for sales variances due to price or volume effects at category level.
• Budget Planning & Analysis prepared financial models & analysis for Income Statement, P&L, Price volume mix, resource allocation, cost controlling drivers, Management Cash Flow to envisage growth drivers, trends & KPI's.
