A 1.3 billion SR Project of 1246 Villas, Service Buildings (06 Schools, 06 Mosques, 01 Medical Center,
01 STP, 02 Under Ground Water Tank, & 02 Pump Stations) and Infra Structure Works (Electrical
Cables, Telecom Cables, Transformers, Street Lights, Control Panels, Water Supply & Drainage Lines,
Roads etc.) for King Abdullah Foundation (Jizan).
Responsibilities:
• Installation of Electrical system Conduit, Wiring, Lighting & Power Devices.
• Installation of Telecommunication system TV, Telephone & Data Networks.
• Installation of Plumbing system Piping Networks for Water Supply, Drainage & Ventilation, Water Tanks, Sanitary Wares & Fixtures.
• Installation of HVAC system Ducts, Cable & Copper Pipes, Wall Mounted, Cassette, Tower Units, Air curtain, Desert Cooler & Duct Exhaust Fan.
• Installation of Fire Fighting system Smoke Detectors, Fire Alarms, Sprinklers and Fire Pumps.
• Installation of Elevators and Cranes for Lifting Motors and Machines.
• Piping Network for Portable Water & Sewerage for the New Built Town.
• Cable Network for MV, LV, Street Lighting, Transformers, TV, Telephone & Data.
• Preparing bill of material/quantity based on the drawings.
• Arrange the raw material and equipment by negotiating delivery time and product quality with cost saving techniques and limited budget.
• To supervise and coordinate with subcontractors for their activities.
• Monitor the work procedure, safety and technical troubleshooting.
• Manage and assigned the daily work, check the progress and submit reports to Client and Consultant.
• To constantly review the plans, material, equipment, specifications and drawings for site compatibility and standards.
• Arrange the Pressure test, Air test & Leakage test for piping, Smoke test for AC Duct and Chlorination of Water Line & Water Tanks.
• Control Rooms for Power, STP & Water Storage Tank.
• After the completion of each activity, raise inspection requests and arrange Consultant visits at site for approval. Maintain proper record of inspection requests, correspondences, activity reports and other important documents.
• To check and verify the bills of Sub-contractors for approved work done and submit for the payment.
• Arrange the testing & commissioning of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & HVAC installations as well as preparation of as built drawings, O & M Manuals, method statements and other related documents.
• Coordinate with Consultant for preliminary and final handing over procedure of the MEP works.
A 3.5 billion PKR Project of 280 Luxury Villas for Emaar (Islamabad).
Responsibilities:
• Functional responsibility of Material, Manpower and planning to achieve the targets as per given time limits and schedule. Execution of project with prevailing industry standards/ quality systems in most efficient, timely & cost effective manner.
• Preparation /submission of engineering submittals w.r.t. MEP services including submission of coordinated services shop drawings and tracking schedules. Conduct meetings with Consultant for approval and further discussions about work and progress.
• Prepare the bill of material based on drawings, raise purchase requests after a carefully negotiated prices and follow up with suppliers for Procurement and timely delivery as well as quality assurance of the material.
• Monitor the performance and quality of work done by sub-contractors in all assigned tasks, review their bills and submit for final payments after a careful verification.
• Coordinate between MEP activities and other services to get the job done in an efficient way.
• Prepare final account statements for MEP works and Sub-contractors.
• Prepare and submit monthly IPC to Consultant for verification and payment.
• Execute testing & commissioning of Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC installations with preparation of other related documents, as built drawings, O & M Manuals and method statements of installations etc.
• Liaison with consultant and clients at site for preliminary as well as final handing over of the Project.
• Manage the Electromechanical Workshop and site machinery as per working requirements and closely monitor the performance of machinery.
• Installation and maintenance of generators for clients on different locations.
• Make sure the availability of service team on site locations for routine checkup and maintenance.
• Coordinate with client and service team for immediate response of received complaints.
• Dealing with clients, customers and vendors.
• Look after the timely delivery of material on site as required.
• Procurement and the quality assurance of purchased material.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices and record keeping.
• Prepare monthly reports of sold and used material and work done.
