Installation and maintenance of 3 play services (HSI, TEL, IPTV) on GPON network and working Experience in OLT, GSM, FDH and ODF.
• Optical Fiber Fundamental, FC, Splicing & GPON.
• Fiber Optical Cable experience in Splicing, color coding and also knows Structure of Fiber Optical cabling.
In depth understanding about the fiber optic cable testing, splicing and provisioning
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Installing the ONT, Broadband and E-vision at customer's end
o Installation and Configuration of CPE
o Repairing the problems in services as complained received from customers
o Doing periodic maintenance work for clients
o Solving any queries related to the operation of the installed system
o Approaching prospective customers both corporate houses as well as common people
o Troubleshoots and plane LAN/WAN networks at customer’s end
o Experience in planning of IP Network with thorough understanding of TCP/IP
o Supports, installs, maintains and troubleshoots all local area and wide area networking devices.
o Installation of all types Cable including STP, UTP, CAT 3, CAT 5 and CAT 6,
RESPONSIBILITY
Installation and troubleshooting of PARADYNE DSLAM, STM links, E1 lines,
Cable lying and Tag patching.
1 Computer Hardware and Software troubleshooting.
2 Look after Broadband Server and Dialup Server.
3 Installation & maintenance of DSLAM, STM link, UPS, Rectifiers.
4 A Sound Experience of E1-Lines (Media Links) Troubleshooting.
5 Also working in (MDF & PCM) PTCL Exchange.
6 Knowledge of LAN/WAN environments and Internet related infrastructure.
7 Experience in planning of IP Network with thorough understanding of TCP/IP.
8 Provide DSL to the customer’s and solve their technical problems related to DSL to the customer side and also Exchange side.
COMPUTER SKILL
• Total installation of all type of computer
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of computer
• Installation of windows and different software of like office auto cad
• Working experience on MS office excel word, internet browsing
• Quality skills in installing, configuring and maintaining the software
• Expert in solving the hardware related problems
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Provide technical support related to Dialup Internet and also solve computer’s problems to the customer's.
