Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, monitor and evaluate the different activities related to windows servers.
• Manage work teams responsible for ensuring the quality and operation of computer systems.
• Train team members.
• Establish rules and procedures to enable the proper implementation of IT systems.
• Diagnose and provide solutions to recurring problems that require special attention.
• Save and secure data and software.
• Define and monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with them.
Work Experience
- Deploy Windows 2008, W2K server family as per systems' requirements.
- Maintain all servers and improve the performance of the servers.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to newly joined teammates.
- Virtualization (VMware servers Configuration and Administration).
- Upgrade most of banking applications.
- Provide technical support for all bank systems.
- Install and configure new Hardware and Software.
- Create technical documentation for banking applications.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains computing environment by identifying system requirements by Installing, upgrades, and monitoring system performance.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems.
