Sales Account owner
Responsible for Eastern Province and Bahrain
Senior Sales executive in charge of long term and petrochemical clients in the Eastern Province looking after both exports and imports
• Coordinator in charge of the procurement of Raw Materials and Spare parts.
• Preparation of Material Requisition.
• Review and approve vendor documents.
• Participate to vendor and outsourcing qualification
• Participate to project/company procurement strategy (Purchasing team)
• Validate cost estimate
• Ensuring Timely deliveries and supply of Raw Materials and Spare Parts to the plant.
• Ensuring smooth flow of production.
• Preparing on a monthly basis MPC (Material Planning card) to help strategically order and ship Materials.
• Planning and placing orders to prevent ruptures in stock and production.
• Ensuring Timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Strategic Purchasing to ensure current LWHC is lower than the current market price.
• Ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
• To coordinate with in house and external forwarders and agent to arrange for the best possible rates and transit time for shipments.
• Preparing Sales Invoice
• Follow up with Clients for project needs.
• Ensuring timely Supply of equipment to customer site.
• Ensuring timely support and service for supplied equipment
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports.
• Following up and coordinating for Payables
• Submitting Monthly Invoices to Customers
• Scheduling technical service for on-site equipment.
• To understand and forecast accurate customer requirements.
• Interact with vendors and prepare export documents.
• Projects coordination: provide input to management and department heads to help harmonize design and methodologies
• Collect project feed backs for continuous improvement implementation (Lesson Learned)
• Is responsible for the quality, respect of budget and respect of project schedule for material tasks
• Ensure and arrange accurate and Timely deliveries to customer work Site.
• Preparing the Company Allowances per employee
• Keeping records of Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantees
• Processing time Sheet for all employees
• Finding new customers.
• Helping build and maintain new and old customers.
• Ensuring timely Supply of material to customer site.
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports.
