-Performed multiple responsibilities throughout time with BEC, this has included both roles as a Project Manager and Lead Engineer on various conceptual studies.
-Managed variety of specialty projects for Saudi Aramco and other clients ranging from process engineering studies, project risk management and safety programs for FEED, Project Proposals and Detailed Design stages.
-Acted as the main interface with the client and worked closely with the client throughout the project to ensure that the client’s needs were met.
Highlights:
- Rendered as a member of a first line of management in identifying, researching and targeting new business prospects.
- Focal Point of several EPC and LSTK projects and worked closely with the client throughout these project to ensure that client’s needs and project deadlines were met.
- Successfully completed many projects (Refer Annexure) including the erection, testing and commissioning for Transformer Up-gradation Project for SABIC - AL BAYRONI affiliate in Jubail, KSA as a Project Leader.
- Also strategized the technical and commercial benchmark for a special Drain Line replacement project to develop whole piping system network for all the existing customized equipment drains in the Utilities Area of client SABIC - YANSAB Affiliate as a Project Engineer - Mechanical.
-Ensuring all relevant isometrics drawings are as per standard and safe by conducting piping stress analysis studies using CAESAR-II software for all FEED & detailed engineering projects
- Played a Pivotal role in business development of the company by forming alliances with several multinationals companies in winning business and perform Engineering, Procurement & Construction work inside the Kingdom (IKEPC)

Project Engineering Leader
- Defining benchmarking for closed projects by monitoring schedules and preparing look ahead and catch-up plans.
- Organizing client meetings for mutually understanding Scope of Work (SOW) of projects and preparing project execution plan/project schedule accordingly
- Estimating engineering man-hours and executing technical/commercial bid development process for new projects.
- Monitored and controlled In-House QA/QC activities for Project functions and deliverables (Plans/Layout/Diagrams, Isometrics, Data Sheets etc).
- Proactively working on a daily basis in growth of the company and represented them in promoting the company brand in various seminars, exhibitions, business meetings and functions.
Lead Consultant Engineer
- Conducting various Risk Assessment & Hazard Analysis Training Programs such as HAZOP/PHA, Building Risk Assessment and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Studies to improve & support the design basis of the project.
- Performed several Environmental Site Assessment (EIA/ESA) and other engineering conceptual studies such as Topographical survey, Population density, Traffic study for Saudi Aramco and their affiliates as a Consultant Engineer.
An associate of HIND group engaged in Modernization of Perambur slaughter house project for Corporation of Chennai on DBOT Basis.
Key Responsibilities:-
-- Monitoring day to day engineering related activity of the project as per the project schedule and responsible for all the electrical, mechanical work performed and commissioned in the project.
-- Management of resources and raw material for the project by dealing with various parties for procurement of all types of spares required for the plant and co-coordinating with the Head Office about the daily activities performed in the project.
-- Assisting the Administrative department in manpower planning and organizing daily work schedule of all the technical staff involved in the project.
-- Implementation of innovative ideas in the designing and construction of the plant with proper consultation with the seniors involved in the project.
-- Conducting meetings with the contractors for the smooth functioning of project work and dealing with their issues on daily basis.
Worked in the automotive sector of Mahindra & Mahindra, Mumbai as an Apprentice in the store department of Body Product Unit.
Key responsibilities:-
- Carried out the annual inventory of the store department of the Body Product Unit.
- Managed several Business functions and carried out various internal and external audits.
- During my period in Mahindra & Mahindra Company, completed project on “IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY USING KAIZEN”. The project report was highly appreciated by the management of the plant.
Passed with Distinction in Bachelors in Industrial Management & Production engineering in 2009 from University of Mumbai, India.
