Tasks Communicate with production, delivery drivers & Customers to ensure adequate flow of information delivery on time.
Record, monitor & follow up all dispatching activities to customer satisfaction.
Take orders from sales & marketing department & arrange dispatches of consignment for delivery to the concerned customers.
Ensure that the drivers & other teams adhere to full & record all needed documents oversee the repair and maintenance operation for all feet of trucks.
Responsible for all Logistics operations report and submission of reports to CO timely.
Keep and develop specifications for each truck, equipment and maintain good log sheet for each truck in changing of oil, filter, tire data and all documents for each truck.
Communication with suppliers and insurance company in case of any accident happens.
Implementing health and safety standards.
Organizing shipments (Internal & External).
Collaboration with suppliers and venders.
Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.
Operating IT systems.
Negotiating and agreeing contracts.
Developing and confirming schedules.
Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties.
Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies.
Liaising and managing staff.
Coordinating Logistic planning and budgeting.
Coordinating Management staff, drivers and vehicles (24/7).
Implementing safety standards.
Prepared Procurement Plan for the project as per project needs.
Coordinating activities between meetings, distributing tasks, engaging capacities and representing MSF logistics.
Responsible for all Logistics operations report and submission of reports to CO timely.
Leading the liaison with other platforms.
Consolidating meeting outcomes/actions/minutes and ensure appropriate distribution of all information to the logistics network and coordinate feedback/inputs from them.
Having duty to proactively bring issues to the attention the secretary general.
