Duties & responsibilities
 Installation of window displays, troubleshoot and inspect repair and maintain the electrical,
mechanical and other related systems (firefighting).
 Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
 Liaise with suppliers for requirements needed.
 Source for new vendors contractors, manage and negotiate cost.
 Review utility invoices and submit to the relevant department also, maintain records on cost and
consumption.
 Liaise with the marketing and events team to help support with requirements needed for in store
events.
 Handle in-store requirements for new fixture quotations; supply cost effective solutions and
review storage space in Warehouse and storage of fixtures.
 Source for new vendors contractors, manage and negotiate cost.
 Permit requirements and liaison with mall for the same

Duties & responsibilities
 Managing the day to day facilities maintenance work at the Store.
 Install, inspects repairs and maintain the electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical and
other related systems.
 Local Purchasing for window displays. Assisting in window display requirements.
 Discuss & negotiate to get quotations & designs from suppliers.
 Trouble shoot any issues in store. Effectively present information and respond to queries from
managers.
 Taking care of store facilities, storages and scheduling maintenance activities according to budget,
deadlines and quality standards.
 Source for new vendors contractors, manage and negotiate cost.
 Responsibility of building or office general maintenance according to budgeted expenses and
operational scheduling of activities

 Managing the day to day HVAC maintenance of all types of central plant Chiller & split air
conditioners.
 Managing the day to day facilities maintenance work at American University Kuwait. Servicing,
Troubleshooting & Repairing of all types of air conditioners.
 Installation and commissioning of HVAC units up to 30 tons.
 Support and help technicians in difficulties on job sites.
 Servicing, Troubleshooting & Repairing.

 Arranging daily tools and material required for technicians.
 Ensuring all safety precaution taken at work sites.

 Maintenance of Central plant package air conditioners & chiller.
 Servicing of package & chillers.
 Over hauling of semi sealed reciprocating compressors.
 Trouble shooting package units and central plant chillers
