Project: King Abdullah Palace 71040 (R.D.O.R-CP) Experience: 3yrs and 9 months Main Duties: Fire Detection and CCTV Operations and Maintenance
•Maintenance on DEF Fire Detection System (France Technology) Conduct preventive maintenance and inspection on DEF fire alarm system Repair and troubleshoot devices and equipments connected to fire alarm, such as smoke detectors, alarm hooter, computer networking, and fire alarm modules. Responsible for testing and commissioning.
•Maintenance on Thomson Surveillance France CCTV Security System(Analog System) Responsible for inspection and preventive maintenance on the security system both control and technical room. Repair and troubleshoot equipments such as infrared barriers, Doppler and microwave for alarm management. Security system computer repair, which includes OS installation, hard rived cloning and networking. Fiber optic splicing for both multimode and single mode for CCTV video data and networking.
•Operation and Maintenance on Condev German CCTV Security System(Digital Application) Installation of new CCTV system, which includes Distribution control panels, cameras, Infrared barriers, Doppler, microwave, video encoders, access control, finger prints machine for access and egress and car plate number detection. Responsible for testing and commissioning and maintenance
Main Duties:
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the production line.
•Maintenance on server machine and computer system
•Conduct correlation on the following judgment machine, such as: CD-RW, DVD-RW and DVD+RW machine.
•Conduct monthly surge voltage test to prevent damage of the optical pick-up
•Monthly maintenance of the following machine such as: CD, DVD, & DVD+R machine, FPD machine, GT machine, Spots skew machine, Assembly section machine and Quality control machine.
•Knows about DOS correlation and Gage R&R Program
•Computer Networking, installation, set up and repair
•Circuit and control board troubleshooting and repair.
•Send by the Employer every month @SAMSUNG ELECTRONIC PHILIPPINES for monthly machine correlation maintenance.
•ISO audit preparation
•Prepare maintenance schedule
•Update the equipment inventory
•Attend meetings and seminars
