- Manage and establish priorities for development, testing, review, implement and administration of ITC system in line with approved strategies and policies.
- Ensures that appropriate measures and procedures are in place in the ITC system in order to provide continuity and availability on a 24x7x365 basis.
- Design and implement short term plans to ensure that ITC system's capacity meets current requirements and future needs.

- Elaborate the institution’s ITC budget, seek approval and ensure that all operational/functional activities are covered by the approved budget.
- Elaborate case justifications and cost analyses for IT infrastructure spending and initiatives.
- Receive and evaluate proposals, provide recommendations in order to support accurate identification and acquisition of appropriate components.
- Manage the development of the technical help desk procedures for ITC system, provide first level of support and documentation for users.
Member of REC2A project engineering team; participate in developing specific requirements for transmitter/receiver module, selection/evaluation of components, developing operational scenarios and the criteria for validation.
