Client representative for all Networks’ ongoing Projects for all Project management aspects and duties either pre or post Contracts through direct coordination with Professional consultants, project management firms & contractors and relevant internal departments through PMO ( Project Management Office) organization and procedures for loacl and international projects for all network channels ( Arabic, English, sports…etc).
Responsibilities:

• Projects Board membership charged with the following roles and responsibilities:
 Approve Projects Charter and Project Management Plan before proceeding to Implementation and execution.
 Monitor projects delivery for quality, cost and time against plan.
 Escalate to the Change Board issues from projects that have caused/will cause significant deviations from scope, budget, or timeline.
 Evaluate benefits delivery
 Close the project formally

• Manage Engineering Services, design contractor activities during the development of project proposal, including definition of project work scope and schedule requirements.
• Development and preparation of contracting plan and strategy for solicitation, evaluation and awarding of contract for detailed engineering, procurement and construction.
• Manage EPC projects

Position: Project Manager
in "Movenpick" Five Stars Hotel (High Rise Building)
(Basement+ Ground Floor+ 25 Storey)

My responsiblities are:
• Manage technical team (25 engineers for various trades )
• Setting & Developing strategies and objectives.
• Handle risks in a professional way whenever it happens to ensure the success of the project
• Extensive involvement managing client relationships at all levels.


• Interact with the upper management to make them commit to the success of the project.
• I have succeeded in achieving very short duration in the sequance of superstructural skeleton which is arrived to 5 days per floor that can be deemed a big challenge & perform proper coordinations amoung successors finishing activities, MPE, facad works, elevators ..etc
• Total Project Amount @ QR 200 million .

Position: Project Manager
in Al Huda Plaza (High Rise Luxury Residential Building)
(2Basement+ Ground Floor+mezzanine + 15 Storey)
Responsiblities & achievements :
• Managed a team of 20 Engineers that established of project goal or result).
• Plying big role during planning phase as well as later phases especially in selection & indication of the best ideal structural system which will be accommodated with project requirments &prospective time schedule.
• Envision possible risks, which could have adverse, impact on the project and come up with contingency plan (like unstability of underground water level with prepering of all required provisions like complete dewatering system and shoring ..etc) thru hostorical data from simsilar projects done in the past with the same circumstances .
• Perform value engineering process to fulfil cost saving in the project expenditures .
• Proper selection for project mobilization to verify the best site circumstances and ideal equipments maneuvering to achieve the most easy way for material handeling and transmission & housekeeping process.
• Total Project Amount @ SR 95 million.

Position: Project Manager
in Five Stars Hotel Building Project with Specialized Health Club &Spa.
(2Basement+ Ground Floor+mezzanine + 05 Storey). Responsiblities & achievements :

• Plying big role during planning phase as well as later phases especially in selection & indication of the best ideal structural system which will be accommodated with project requirments &prospective time schedule, Iwas selecting Precast Concrete System to minimize expected time .
• Always Iam trying toarrive at an optimal project plan, avoiding resource conflicts and controlling cost of the project.
• Specialized Health Club &Spa was desinged & executed by most famous nternational Austrian firm which has a wide experience in the filed of health club and SPSS all over the world.
• Total Project Amount @ SR 60 million.

Position: Head of Section Engineer
in Golden Pyramids Plaza Project (City Stars) Hotel Section "Intercontinental" Five Stars Hotel (High Rise Building). (3Basement+ Ground Floor+ mezzanine+ 23 Storey)

Responsiblities & achievements :
a) Participate in prepration of mthod of construction & work break down to verifiy project management tasks .
b) avoiding resource conflicts and controlling cost of the project.
c) Ensure that the team members (35 engineers ) stay focused on the objective and remain motivated through out the project cycle.
d) Envision possible risks, which could have adverse, impact on the project and come up with contingency plan
e) Handle risks in a professional way whenever it happens to ensure the success of the project
f) Interact with the upper management to make them commit to the success of the project.


g) attend progrss meeting as well as client meeting .
h) liaise with all relevant project departments.

in Private Luxury Building (Palaces and penthouses), and International Chains of Restaurants “McDonalds” (Execution &Construction Management.)

My responsiblities were:

1)Overall supervision and successful of assigned project.
2)Manage, lead, motative, assess&developethe performance of the people in my team.
3)Directily responsible of the quality standard&QA/QC requirements.
4)Implement change control procedures.
5)Control the projects costs and construction program.
6)Coordinate with design team on all aspects of design.
7)Raise relevant correspondence on assigned projects.
8)Assist in preparation of fee proposal.
10)Prepare and issue weekly &monthly reports.
11)Evaluate and recommend payment cerificates from subcontractors and specialized consultants on assigned projects.

My responsibilities were:

Technical and administrative responsibilities for the ministry
projects with . Direct surveillance and monitoring ( for new buildings) to ensure that construction is carried out according to project specifications and in compliance with the time schedule .supervision of all kinds of repair works
for damage, leakage of concrete elements, participated in reviewing soil investigation reports and review planning/scheduling activities for various projects including:
Schools complex, Collages, Laboratories, Libraries, Theaters, Sport courts, Administrative buildings, Medical centers, Power stations, Swimming pools, Steel structures.roads, water and wastewater networks.

Responsibilities included directing the activities of projects, executed, monitoring work performance to ensure complaint with time schedule .budget and quality standards, coordinating activities with various company departments, survieying, cost control, material field control, cost control, preparing shop drawings and planning/scheduling activities.....for various projects including:
Bridges, Highways, Housing complexes etc....
