Achievements:
 Managed successfully cost-analysis and consequently achieved cost-cutting in the administrative section by 33 percent, which reflected as a surplus of 25 million DHS in the first year  Successfully managed to reduce the debts of the group during the economic crisis, more than 50 percent, through negotiations and scheduling the payments through payment plan of 3 years, thereby saving 150 million DHS for the company  Organized the whole group by connecting several departments together
 Redesigned the structure of salaries to reflect benefits for the company in end of services and gratuity  Devised innovative ways of providing employee benefits by changing the source or altering the method for cost cutting purposes  Improved the productivity of employees by identifying the aggregators which helped in cost-cutting through a reduced work-force
