• Senior Administrative Assistant to General Director of Administration & Finance Affairs, serving as liaison between General Director and organization’s senior executives to complete university’s projects, coordinate corporate meeting and events both internally and externally with faculty, and manage communication projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the General Director. Planning and executing tailored events for the General Director’s office (Event Planning). Data and document analysis for all correspondence. Identifying and reporting areas of concern (Complaints) for the General Director which may need to be brought to his attention. Processing and managing Employees Performance Appraisal Forms in collaboration with the management team. Creating and maintaining good working relationships with other department heads, Deans & Directors. Developing and maintaining electronic and traditional files of all communication. Ensuring all communication is kept confidential and exercising discretion when releasing any information. Successfully completing critical aspects of deliverables with a hand on approach, including speech writing, acknowledgment letters, appreciation letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the General Director’s ability to effectively lead the organization.

Supervised and coordinated activities, schedules, change of schedules at the Dental Department. Assigned duties and coordinated dental staff services. Evaluated dental assistant’s activities to ensure patient care, staff relations and efficiency of services. Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, creating and developing the monthly Educational Calendar and training activities such as Preceptor Workshop, Wound Management, Charge Nurse, Chemotherapy, Hand Hygiene, Tracheotomy Care and Suctioning, Chest Tube Management, UTI, Epidural & PCA, for new staff and current staff.

Provides photocopy service where necessary. Act as the primary contact for those seeking to make appointments and maintain diary. Responsible for delivering urgent correspondences within and outside the department, whenever is needed. Provides secretarial support for the Program Director. Attended and took minutes of the meeting as required by the department. Provided coverage for other staff members of Nursing Affairs Department, wherever is required. Prepared requisition of office supplies, equipment maintenance and follows-up requests for support service department (i.e. Audiovisual, Property Management, Laundry, etc) whenever it was required. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Demonstrated initiative in the performance of duties, requiring a minimum of supervision.
Responsible for arranging meetings with sponsors, managers, coaches and other individuals to promote the athletes & soccer players we represented.
Spent most of the day helping network and talking with other professionals in the sport industry and keeping abreast of current trends and information that affected decisions that as agents we recommend to the athletes or players.

Travel domestic and international representing the company with groups of athletes to various races in order to ensure that ....invoicing and collecting percentages or fees outlined in the contract between parties, coordinated all travel arrangements, including tickets, hotel, transportation and visas.
Liaising with Marketing Departments of Sportswear Companies such as Nike, Adidas, Mizuno, and Asics to ensure that our clients received their training and racing equipment every six months.
