Since March 2009
At Délifrance, French Company leader in high-quality Frozen Pastry & Bakery (B2B), part of the Nutrixo group (food) where I was promoted twice:
• March 2009 - August 2010: Promoter (Jr. Sales Account)
• September 2010 - March 2012: Key Account (Sr. Sales Account), managing 1 Promoter
• From April 2012: Area Sales Manager, managing 2 Key Accounts and 1 Promoter

DEALERSHIP / SALES MANAGEMENT
Autonomous management of around 15 Dealers in Lombardia (~5.5 Mio€ revenue/year) with the average objective of +20% revenue/year.

Gathering market, Customer and competitor information and defining Sales strategies
accordingly
Setting annual contracts (prices, general conditions and promotions) and challenging targets with Buyers
Periodic negotiations with Buyers and Customer's Sales Executives to insert new products
(~15 new products per year) and to extend product ranges
Attending Sales visits with Dealers' Sales force within bars, restaurants, hotels, etc. to train
them on the products and to push categories according to priorities and targets
Weekly meetings with the most important Customers to be closer to their necessities, 'listen to the field' and find solutions (daily contacts with all Customers are guaranteed)
Working with Marketing to customize the leverages (catalogs, leaflets, etc.) according to specific Customer needs
Attending periodic meetings with internal Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing to share
best practices and solve Customers' issues
Actively participating to National food fairs (Cibus, Sigep, TuttoFood, RistoExpo, Mia) and to special events dedicated to Customers (conventions, tasting, visits to plants, etc.)
Company representative to present Italian Customers and market trends during visits of
Executives from France or Nothern Europe
RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Managing Dealers' Salesmen (~60 people) and 1 direct Promoter.
