My key responsibilities include recruiting and managing local and international partners to promote the leisure and dive trips, managing of retail stock from processing orders, handling shipments and logistics and keeping an accurate inventory. Moreover, I successfully planned and implemented the new company website, including a new ERP system for enhanced and efficient operations management.
I provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations. My responsibilities include but not limited to: staff management and development, licensing services (for both healthcare professionals and facility), process optimization, budgeting and financial reporting, maintenance, IT & HR services, etc.

Built and elevated Artist Relations and the M.A.C Pro Membership Program in the Middle East market through building strong relationships and creating engaging event concepts.
Involved in all aspects of marketing communications, from product development to POS materials, market research, competitor analysis, translating strategy into an action plan and successful campaigns, managing creative and media agencies.
Supported the sales efforts by planning and executing retail campaigns in collaboration with an extensive number of channel partners.
Provided support for the Marketing Team in all departmental duties.
Provided customer service support for expat patients as well as general admin support for the Management team.
