Audits to meet the requirements of ISO 9001-2015 and provide support to regional and/or functional teams to identify RCA & CA and implement corrective and preventive actions as a result of audit findings and ensure that these actions are effectively closed.
•Supervise, monitoring and execution of Audits engagements, Developing audit reports and recommendations on audited areas that add value to the operations of department / activity audited.
•Compile and summarize nationwide Radio Access Network sites QC inspection report(s) and conduct statistical analysis of the findings. Also, coordinate with regional Operations team and MS Vendor for RCA & implementation of corrective actions and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
•Responsible to manage and conduct QMS Trainings for the understanding of QMS Requirements, Internal Quality Audits, SQC tools and Six Sigma methodology for all functions of Technology Department.
•Ensure that Information & Technology Risks areas timely identified and finalized with Management related to QMS, Responsible to track, monitor and address risks in order to pursue an opportunity, eliminating the risk source, changing the likelihood or consequences, sharing the risk, or retaining risk by informed decision.
•Analyzed, developed and recommend design of non-Telco equipment approaches necessary to meet MGW/MSC requirements for improvement of operation and/or processes in accordance with QMS requirements.
•To assist head QA in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system (QMS) of Ufone technology department.
•Responsible to plan and conduct Management Review and departmental review meeting(s) to resolve the bottlenecks and to ensure continuing suitability, adequacy, effectiveness and alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
•To manage and organizing six sigma program and responsible to provide guidance and support to candidate(s) working on projects along with tracking of projects.
•Responsible to organize & facilitate Trainings program of Technology Department including planning, execution, evaluation & gauging effectiveness of trainings modules.

•Technical management and support to regional team, vendors and sub-contractor regarding AC/DC power and environmental support issue.
•Analysis of power system operational performance including the feasibility studies, reliability and risk analysis.
•Evaluation and testing of Rectifiers, Battery banks, Solar & Hybrid power systems.
•Evaluation of supplier bids, to identify suppliers offering quality materials / rates w.r.t commercial power and hybrid power system.
•Ensured effective control over Commercial Power vendors with random checks by team of field supervisors and sudden visits
•Provide power solution for access network, core network and transmission network.
•Leading a team of power engineers and providing the technical problem management for the escalated sites.
•Managed complete cycle of Commercial Power (CP) billing from bill collection to payment, includes liaison with other departments (Finance, O&M) for timely payments to ensure uninterrupted power supply on BTS Sites.
•Evaluation and troubleshooting of Commercial Power supply faults, through either CP vendors or team of Field Supervisors.
•Identify CP over consumption cases, establish the cause either pilferage or over billing and take appropriate control and corrective measures.
•Electrical power generation & basic mechanical, Load calculation for different types of equipments and load planning on BTS and core sites.
•Operation and maintenance of fire detection and suppression system
•Supervised operation and maintenance of HV/LV networks and transformer.
•Implementation of SOPs for O&M alarm handling/reporting and configuration.
•Supervision of Rollout tasks end-to-end dependency of Core and Access Network sites i.e. technical survey, Site construction, Electrical and site development works up to site acceptance to the customer.
•Site Power Planning and Dimensioning for new upcoming sites, which include Gensets, Inverters, Rectifiers, Batteries, LC and UPS etc.
•Regularly assists the Regional/Zone Manager in weekly progress meeting with contractor and customer. Sometimes, I personally facilitate the meetings.
•To manage the implementation Teams (Civil, Telecoms) for project implementation & final acceptance.
•To coordinate with customer for project work execution, implementation, commercial launch status, & acceptance daily & weekly update.
