Administrating the supermarket application (Toshiba 4690 OS).

- Performed preventive maintenance on I.T assets. (PC, Laptop, Point-of-sale)
- Established stock and asset control measurements. (Created Forms for assets, checking assets through RFID system)
- Established safety and support training for employees. (Through training seminars on best practices and basic technical support).
- Create and manage user’s emails and privileges through Active Directory. (Microsoft Exchange, Office 365)
- Coordinated and oversaw the integration of new projects from a backend and operations standpoint. (Radio Frequency Identification) and new Point Of Sale System (OpenBravo).
- Calibrated stocks in OpenBravo system to ensure its credibility and accuracy for each store. (Jed, Ruh, Dam)
- Oversaw the training of employees on OpenBravo sales and stock system.
