1. Construction of G+32 buildings, shopping mall and mosque for Rayyadah, Golf gardens Project, Abu Dhabhi, UAE.
Responsibilities:-
1.Served as an Mechanical Site Engineer handling Mechanical projects Specialized in the areas of Supervision, Installation, Execution & Estimating quantity take off for HVAC Services Provided direct support to senior project Engineer in the execution phase of the project.
2.Managed vendor activity, engineering, installation, customer service and other protocol to ensure timely product deployment.
3.Site supervision during installation of duct system, chilled water, piping, FCUs AHUs, Chillers as per the consultant approved drawing.
4.Preparation of drawing tracking schedule, material tracking schedule and material submittals for the project for submitting to Main contractor.
5.Preparing material submittals and shop drawings for submitting to consultant for approvals.
6.Planning the material and manpower requirement & work to be done as per the program.
7.Preparation of Method Statements for work execution.
8.Preparing Procurement Schedule for Mechanical services for submitting to Main Contractor.
9.To find Cooling load Calculation as per carier Hap 4.1 software, Pipe Sizing, Friction losses in duct systems, Static pressure calculation in ventilation systems etc.
10.Attending Project progress meeting and coordinating meeting with main contractor, consultant and client.
11.Guiding the draftsman for preparing the shop drawing and As-Built drawings for the consultant approval and final submission.
12.Raising all types of inspections such as Site Inspection, Material inspection and Testing Inspection for QA/QC & Consultant
13.Mechanical installation as per DEWA, ADDC requirements.
14.Manage, follow up and supervise the construction contractors and their on-site and off-site activities to ensure timely completion of all activities

Giving inputs to Quantity Surveyor on all aspects of contract changes and variations.
