• Design all individuals succession plan, full responsibility for all the tracks and projects
• Create all the Programs estimated cost, budget and utilize it as per the training needs analysis.
• Identifying training and development needs within all retail divisions through job analysis, appraisal schemes, 360 degree feedback and regular consultations with the business managers and HR
• Designing and developing training programs based on both the business’s and the individual's needs.
• Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of L&D program. Working in a team in tailoring all the programs that might suddenly be requested by the stakeholders in the organization, such as line managers & senior managers at board level;
• Implementing all L&D programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the retail divisions.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through business matrix such as KPI and questionnaires;
• Supporting the line managers and the stores’ trainers in solving specific problems, through either one-to-one basis or groups training programs to bridge the gap.
• Responsible for all training assessments to measure the effectiveness of the Training.
• Find out with the Store Managers all the resources to create the best training plan based on a store’s demographic and shopping behaviors in order to drive incremental growth.

• Head of the training and responsible for all Internal and External training activities for all Leisure business units that located in 5 countries (Egypt, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman).
• Assist in analyzing, designing and implementing value added training solutions for the L&E Division.
• Responsible for analyzing and delivering results based on training programs.
• Participate and work within a Performance Management Development System process, as develop under the Partnership process in the MAF. (PMDS aligns MAF’s Strategic Plan and implementation plans with each staff member’s work output and performance).
