• Run fully automated 8.7 meter BOPET (Dornier) Film Plant and responsible for quality Production.
• Manage and lead a team of 20 engineers and operators.
• Manage the production operation efficiently with the lowest possible cost to meet the customer requirements, with highest quality standards, and safe environment in compliance with HACCP and ISO-22000:2008 hygiene standards.
• Ensure that SOPs are implemented for the production processes effectively.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
• Review and analyze productivity, yield, and downtime reports on daily basis.
• Expedite the raw materials request, flow between production and warehouses and keep the raw materials traceability to maintain adequate inventories of packaging materials.
• To discuss with QC head and minimize all quality defects.
• Commitment to the application instructions and requirements for ISO 22000:2005(FSMS), ISO 9000:2008(QMS), ISO 14001:2004(EMS) quality system in the scope of work.
• Responsible for manufacturing 6.5 micron to 50 micron film of various grades films.
• Co-ordinates with service departments to carry out the maintenance of machines.
