Responsibilities-

• Attending daily Department Meeting, Technical assistance, and close co-ordination with other disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Departments to streamline routine maintenance activities.
• Prepare bill and requisition of materials.
• Responsible for the CIVIL engineering scope for assigned project, ensuring compliance with agreed practices and procedures as defined under the SHES management system.
• As LEAD CIVIL focal point in the review and preparation of engineering deliverables ranging from engineering study deliverables to RFC packages, commissioning procedures, ITPs, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluations, etc.
• Leads Engineering discipline in Analysis, Detailing of Road Crossing Culverts, Pipe Bridges, Pipe racks, Pipe Sleepers, cross access structures, manholes / catch basins and preparing the design basis reports.
• Supervise and inspect civil, structural, and architectural works to ensure strict compliance with the plans, specification, and other related contract documents.
• Prepare working schedule and strictly monitor the progress of work to ensure completion within contracted time frame.
• Preparation of Mobile Cranes Lifting Plans, Method Statements, Engineering documents in lieu of specifications, plans and progress schedules.

Achievement - Promoted to Lead Engineer

• As Sr. Manager the major responsibilities involves in preparing the conceptual designs and finalizing the River Crossing Bridges/Viaducts Designs and General Arrangement Drawings for High Speed Railways.
• Further accountable to assure the safety, legal compliance and quality of design and project engineering deliverable.
• Coordinating with Client and stakeholders for timely submissions.

• As Lead Structure Design Engineer the major responsibilities involves structural design and ensuring all designs that were signed off met with the appropriate codes of practice and standards.
• Designed the Post Tensioned Girders (78m), Steel Truss, Steel Mono-tube Type Gantries, RCC Precast Shaft Segments for Micro tunnel 15m, 20m, and 30m deep and foundation (raft, pile & isolated).
• Liaising with the clients and adapting to meet their requirements.
• Managing and training staff in every area of business and mentoring the graduate trainees.
• Leading the design process of all forms of construction and supervising the sub-contractors.
• Finding and implementing solutions to environmental concerns.
• Had designed the 2 & 3 story high building compound for office and warehouse.

Achievements:
• Awarded ‘Top Achiever’ status above all other mid-senior level engineers by undertaking responsibility to assess, investigate and identify the root cause(s) for the observed deformations of the MSE wall and for recommending the mitigation works inorder to open the road to meet the Project Milestone.

• Carried out structural analysis & design of Pretension I girder superstructures and various structural elements like pier cap and pile cap.
• Conceptual proposals to bidding team and quantity for cost estimation.
• Performed Stress analysis for rehabilitation works of the deck and finalized the detail for support carrying pipeline below deck cantilever for 900m long River Tapi Bridge having 18spans of 50m each.
• Assessed structural load and designed box culverts and underpasses design.

• Mechi River Bridge 560m (16 spans 35m) performed structural analysis of deck and prepared rehabilitation details.
• Prepared the superstructure general arrangement drawing and construction sequence drawing.

• Analyzed and designed the post-tensioned I girder for River Hindon Bridge (125m long i.e. 5 spans 25m).
• Carried out grillage analysis for the Post Tensioned I-Girders and Voided Planks of various spans from 17m to 38m spans.
• Initiated the study on variation in reactions in skewed grillages (15o, 22.5o and 45o) and comparing with normal grillage. This study got applaud and was included in company study data.
• Carried out the inventory of structures and prepare the rehabilitation data sheet and sketches.
