Project : (JPP) Jubail polysilicon project.
Maintaining records and reports for all site activities
* Write daily safety report to the HSE sr. Supervisor with regards to safety violation/deviation
and corrective action implemented
* Perform safety hazard inspection in the construction site
* Conducting investigation of accidents and root causes and recommend the corrective
measures to avoid recurrence of incidents
* Liaison with Client Safety representative daily safety activities on the project
* Assist the Safety Superintendent regarding site safety activities
* Conduct various training presentations for management, new employees or re-education
purposes
* Conduct daily joint site Inspection to ensure safety procedures are communicated and
followed
* Measure the effectiveness of Pro-active measures to prevent personnel injuries
* Assist HSE manager to organize weekly site inspection tour and safety meeting.
* Responsible for safe team infrastructure.
* Always committed to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
* Identified and rectify all environmental risks and develops techniques and programs to
ensure compliance and prevent problems.
* Checking and monitoring the scaffolding tag system.
* Fire protection, firefighting systems and necessary training.
* Daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and adequacy of
system for safety.
* Make necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.
* Before leaving the job site, make sure that all unfinished job such as open pit, overhead and
other must have safety precaution of signboard and safety tape to avoid accidents.
* Remaining all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accidents.
* Make sure that before beginning any job there is necessary work permit.
* Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke and heat detectors, conducting
drills.
* Monitoring of all work related permits, confined space entry procedures, crane lift plan and
permits, hot work permit requirements and hazardous activities are covered through
relevant permits and procedures.
* Monitoring Crane critical lifts operation and ensuring compliance to the approved lifting
plans.
* Inspections of Cranes pertinent documents prior to lift to ensure compliance to the Clients
approved list of documents.
* Ensuring that all trenches/ excavations are protected from a possible collapse due to
vibration, rise in water table and other geological effects.
* Monitoring on daily basis that the underground services are well protected and any change
in the trenches due to weather effects and others natural or manmade effects.
* Involved to ensuring proper safety for assigned employee.
* Asking correcting actions to reduce the risk of accident or unsafe working conditions.
* Supervision and conduction of full investigation of accident/incidents including near misses,
determination of probable causes and enforces appropriate permanent measures.
* Closely observation to make sure that are the first aid and welfare facilities properly
maintained.
* Responsible for safe team infrastructure.

* Identified all safety risk and develop and implement training programs to ensure employee

* Reporting to the project manager and functionally to overall safety coordination responsible
for the implementation of the project safety program.
* Perform continuous monitoring at plant site to ensure compliance of plant operation.
Maintenance and contractors with the established safety health, fire and environmental
requirements.
* Issues safety awards and recognition letter to chosen company employees.
* Prepare weekly, monthly safety reports.
* Prepare the daily activity report and maintain records.
* Ensure that healthy work environment is maintained
* Conduct daily work site inspections to identify and correct the existing hazards and unsafe
conditions specifically work on scaffolding/ excavation/ confined space/ elevation work and
report to management.
* Prepare a plant inspection program for the portable tools, safety equipment’s, fire
extinguishers etc.
* Attend all safety meeting with client.
* Initiate immediate stoppage of any operation that could cause death/injury or extensive
damage to property and notifying all concerned involved.
* Conduction of safety orientation program for new employees prior to mobilization to the
project site.
* Examined plans and specification for new machinery, and facilities to identify and correct
potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Conducted and coordinated safety and first aid training to educate worker about

standards/ requirements

client satisfaction.
* Taking the disciplinary action against employees for carelessness.
* Maintaining all safety related documents such as Weekly /Monthly Inspection
* Reports, Fire Extinguishers Reports, Investigation Reports, and Injuries Reports etc.
* Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding.
* Checking hot work permit, confined space entry permit, elevated work permit, excavation
permit.
