- Design the Technical Infrastructure; Effectively Integrate Solutions into the Existing Infrastructure; Document Current State Architecture; Consult on Development Projects; Help Deploy Solutions that Meet Business and Technical Requirements.
- Provide Technical Infrastructure Support, on-Call Support, and Support for Escalated Trouble Tickets from Staff, e.g., Resolve Implementation Issues, Communicate System Requirements, and Resolve Systems Integration Issues.

- Analyzing System Logs and Identifying Potential Issues with Computer Systems.
- Introducing and Integrating New Technologies into Existing Data Center Environments.
- Performing Routine Audits of Systems and Software.
- Performing Backups.
- Applying Operating System Updates, Patches, and Configuration Changes.
- Installing and Configuring New Hardware and Software.
- Adding, Removing, or Updating User Account Information, Resetting Passwords, etc.
- Answering Technical Queries and Dealing with the Vendors.
- Responsibility for Security.
- Responsibility for Documenting the Configuration of the System.
- Troubleshooting any Reported Problems.
- System Performance Tuning.
- Ensuring that the Application and the Integration are Up and Running Properly.
- Managing Variety Applications (ADDS, MS Exchange, Sage CRM, RightFax, etc..).

- Monitoring the Core Network Infrastructure of Alinma Bank Network (Included: Head Office, Branches and A TMs).
- Own and Manage Incidents from Initial Reporting Until Resolution and Ensuring SLA Targets are Achieved.
- Update our Ticketing System at Required Intervals with Quality Information, Following Operational Guidelines.
- Proactively Track and Make Escalations as Appropriate.
- Engage other Groups as Required to Ensure Speedy Resolution of Incidents.
- Progress Routine Maintenance as Detailed in Change Management System.
- Produce the Handover Document at the End of Each Shift, Ensuring that All Relevant Information is Included
and Update is of a High Quality.
- Creating/Deleting/Updating New User/Group in AD/Exchange.
- IP Reservation in DHCP .
- Analyzing System Logs and Identifying Potential Issues with Computer Systems.
- Performing Routine Audits of Systems and Software.
- Applying Operating System Updates, Patches, and Configuration Changes.
- Work on a Rotating 24/7 Shift Plan.

- Doing a Sites Survey and Gathering All the Required Information for Implementing the Applications Infrastructure and Other Products
- Complete Configuration, Installation and Support of Equipment in a Microsoft Windows Environment to the Specifications of Client Proposals.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Servers, Software Applications and Integrations Issues When Contacted by Clients by Providing Both on-site and Remote Support
- Maintaining Software Applications, Operating Systems and Servers.
- Managing Assigned Projects and SW Components to Deliver Services on Time and Signing the JCC.
- Responding to Inquiries from Staff, Service providers, Site personnel and Outside Vendors and etc. to Provide
Technical Assistance and Support.
- Supervising the Administration of Systems and Servers Related Network to Ensure Availability of Services to
Authorized Users.
- Integrating Different applications, such at Business Software and Network Control Systems.
- Actively Respond to Incidents and Requests.
- Write all Related Documentation / Update Data in Online Tools (Changes, Validation Docs, Systems proposals,
etc).
- Doing the Technical Training and Technical Presentations
- Interaction with the development, PMO and Other Teams.
- Ensuring the Implementation and the Integration of the Solutions are Running Properly.
