1. Strategic Management
► Conduct RACI matrix analysis in all departments to verify that employees’ roles are properly segregated.
► Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them. (develop policies, procedures, methods, or standard)

► Develop the proper policies for special projects in areas such as payroll, cost management programs, and employee awards.

► Assist HR and OD management in conducting organizational assessments in the different BUs of Khayat Group to identify opportunities for improvement at both organizational and process levels.
► Assist the HR and OD management in conducting organization design exercises in the different BUs of Khayat Group.
► Prepare manuals of processes, policies and procedures for all BUs, departments and functions.
► Identify leading practices in the various industries of the group.
► Identify processes that need improvement through various analysis tools.
► Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.
► Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
