• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.

• Implement short and long-term business plans including new stores opening.
• Inventory management, maximize the sales through effective merchandising
and monitor loss prevention procedures implementation.
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
• Implement brand guidelines & SOP.
• Coordinate supplying processes and negotiate to get additional support as required.
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff.
• Lead the stores team towards effective collaboration and attainment of targets.
• Meet the store sales and KPIs targets.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain high levels of profitability through efficient control of expenses, loss prevention and reduce shrinkage.
• Organize, train and motivate the staff and restructure tasks to ensure efficiency.
