• Implementation and Periodical Review Of Food Safety Management System(ISO22000)
• Set Food safety Objectives
• Conduct Monthly Food safety Team Meeting
• Implementation of Corporate standards & local regulations pertaining GMP, GHP, Quality, hygiene / food safety, health & safety and environment
• Maintain highest level of Food Safety and Hygiene standards in the Kitchen
• Conducting Supplier audits & evaluation and vendor improvement activities along with purchase department.
• Conduct internal Food safety & hygiene audits and follow up on the corrective actions
• Ensure that Food Safety Management system related policies, procedures and plans are communicated to the concerned personnel.
• Plan And Execute Food safety training to All food handlers and supervisors
• Ensure that product safety, quality related monitoring is carried out regularly and take appropriate actions in case monitoring results are higher than the acceptable limits.
• Customer Complaint Handling
• Ensure that any non-compliance raised by the external auditor must be completed with the agreed close off date.
• Preventive Maintenance Follow up With Maintenance Department

• Responsible to assist & coordinate Food Safety Team in implementing & updating Food Safety Management system
• Direct responsibility in maintaining the product safety and quality related operational records, CCP, OPRP records used on the floor
• Identify and record any problems with regard to products, processes and the Food Safety
• Provide supervision, information, training to Food Handlers
• Coordinate the internal and external audit process
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation for equipment and facility as per schedule
• Finished goods checking and report the deviation to QA Manager
• Customer complaints handling.

• Production Planning and Execution to meet production target and to coordinate dispatch requirement


• Responsible for maintaining GMPs and total Quality control in production
• Pre dispatch Inspection
• Supervise And Manage the overall Production Activities
• Investigation of Consumer / Customer Complaints
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within factory premises
