Study the projects requested by end user and create the scope of works, then prepare Bill of Quantity and time schedule. Order the materials required and get appropriate contractor if required. Type of projects will be mostly Facilitating electrical outlets, providing Data network (UTP & Fiber), CCTV, access control system (Bio-metric) and fire alarm systems for processing plants, accommodations and offices. Trouble shooting and maintenance.
Material co-ordination: Order the materials in SAP and follow up with procurement for on timely delivery. Keeping track of each order and its documents.
Providing technical support to customers from end user, reseller, hosting company to server level. Interact with the customer, understand his issue check in the server, resolve the issue if possible from my side and update to the customer about current status. The communication with the customer is important in this job, as per the importance of the problems the response to the customer with in minutes are counted as a good practice in this field.
Proactive examination of each and every servers under the company for its health, load, and any malwares and malfunctions.
Electronics and communications degree covers, all sides of elctronics engineering including embedded systems, mechatronics, Digital image processing and Digital signal processing. Communication side covers GSM technologies, Radio and antenna technology, secure communication, Network theory and Digital communication Technics.
