Dec 2017 - Present: Khazzan CPF Phase 2 Project - (BP) - UAE
Scope: Managing materials purchase orders for EIT and piping by leading team of design, quality, and logistics engineers (6 engineers) as well as an effective coordination with suppliers to achieve purchase order delivery including vendor visits and inspections, and ensuring smooth and accurate audited invoices payments as per contract agreed. Maintaining client satisfaction is met through close communication. Coordination with site construction team and site material control to reach delivery of priority needful materials on time.

Apr 2017- Nov 2017: Jazzan Project -NTF, and STF - (ARAMCO) -UAE
Scope: Completed all Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom deliveries and engineering TDR, VDR documentation, as well as achieved 100% delivery of 5 POs for Telecom/Page Europa within contractual delivery dates, and with no late delivery condition applied.
Finalized a proper close out for all supplier invoices closely audited with no delay in payments.
Communication with sub-contractor’s at site concerning electrical, instrumentation, telecom materials to maintain doable construction plans.
Maintained a closed communication with supplier for, manufacturing tracking, inspection management, and shipment purposes.

Oct 2016- Mar 2017: Fadhili Project (ARAMCO) - UAE
Scope: Finalized all TBE, PR, and PO issuance for the electrical scope of the project (all pre-PO phase) and issuance of a SDR (Supplier Document Register) for each supplier.

Feb 2015-Oct 2016: Clean Fuel Project (KNPC) - UAE
Scope: Completed bulk materials POs for electrical and instrumentation with achievement for cables (HV and LV) cable trays, lighting poles, and cable glands by delivering before schedule with no repeated work; only 15% of my POs invoices for this projected were prone to LD; the job was done by maintaining close coordination with suppliers concerning manufacturing, documents submittal, inspection and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinating with project stakeholders and technical teams to implement project roll outs, liaising with on-site crews for ensuring safety is maintained, quality is met, adherence to overall project schedule, in line with project scope, time and budget constraints.
+ Leading a team of projects, quality, and technical design engineers in coordination with expeditors and logistics to ensure proper and safe delivery of purchase orders materials.
+ Reviewing and accepting delivery invoices and financial reports for suppliers liaising with finance, and contract managers.
+ Checking material submittals based upon conformity to and compliance with applicable technical specifications and industry standards to ensure the continuous operation.
+ Reviewing contract documents and deliverables relating to area of functional responsibility in compliance with applicable technical specifications and industry standards.
+ Completing safely inspections for all purchase orders items, and ensuring smooth and on time shipment for all deliveries
+ Completing a record with flawless weekly report of technical (TDR/VDR/SDR) and materials management reports;
+ Managing the customer, suppliers and stakeholder relationship, representing the company in kick off and progress meetings
+ Tracking and auditing financial status for each purchase order and each supplier and issuance of general financial reports on monthly basis

Jan 2014-Jan 2015: Laggan Tormore (Total) - Shetland Gas Plant - UK
Scope: Developed a pre-commissioing site system by leading the piping pre-commissioning team (11 personal for construction and 6 for pre-commissioning office), after installation of process skids by being responsible of site MEG area by managing its construction and quality plan with no LTI (lost time incident) recorded;
Finalized closure for 1600 piping test packs issued by my pre-commissioning team.
Finalized piping, E&I and mechanical systems, ICAPS check sheets closure by leading construction and pre-commissioning teams and coordinating with client, and resolved technical queries on site.

Jan 2013-Jan 2014: Laggan Tormore (Total) - Shetland Gas Plant - UAE/UK
Scope: led pre-commissioning operations for piping and process skids (crews of 6 personal in each fabrication yard) in 3 fabrications yards between UAE and UK, ended by, approval of all documentations and MRBs (manufacturer record book) by coordination with vendors and client for all disciplines and shipment of skids to site. Safely closing all construction and pre-commissioning works by managing all construction, quality, and sub-contractors teams and ensured no on site with LTI (lost time incident).

Apr 2011-Jan 2013: El Merk central process facility (Sonatrach - Anadarko Association) - Algeria
Scope: performed piping, construction and pre-commissioning plans. Executed interface management plan designed in office, and managed vendor representatives and engineering resources to site.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinated site requirements; performed piping, construction and pre-commissioning activities and ensured compliance with all applicable requirements, standards and good engineering principles, by assigning right resources for suitable tasks.
+ Implemented vendor management systems and devised vendor schedule after considering the installation, pre-commissioning/ commissioning priorities & interface requirements to meet agreed deadlines.
+ Managed engineering resources mobilization and vendors reps to site in alignment with site and schedule requirements as well as addressed project queries on the techno-commercial aspects of the scope of work.
+ Executed on site the interface plan designed in engineering office in Sharjah
