Inventory Layout: fitting the raw material and finished products in a better way when loading and unloading.
Cooling tower installation and pipeline: installing 2 cooling towers and 1 chiller to cool the mixed oil and water for tube mills production.
Master Production Schedule: took old sales invoices to forecast the market.
Cut to length machine assembly & foundation: installing a 70 meters production line 2000x8mm
Cyclone assembly: for dust removed on the CTL.
Generators isolation room: 4 independent rooms each contains 1000 KVA generator.
Preventive maintenance: scheduled maintenance for machines and cranes, design checklists for each machine, data assembly and entry to be references later on.
