- Coordinates and directs Quality Control program designed to ensure continuous manufacture of products consistent with established standards.
- Helps in strictly enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP other FSMS standards and administers housekeeping policies following established standards.
- Performs required QC tests and analyses on-line and ensures that they are within the established specifications and up to date.
- Responsible for documentation, writing of reports and analyses of results obtained from each completed tests.
- Daily calibration of equipment.
- Prepares chemical solutions and reagents that are needed in carrying out QC tests.
- Performs required QC test and analyses for all raw materials, raw water and process water.
- Observes use of PPEs, MSDS, etc. for safety of personnel.
- Ensures the area and machines are sanitized as per approved Manufacturing standards.
- Assists in implementation of CCP, other FSMS and Quality SOPs, parameters and standards.
- Verification of all finished products before releasing on ORACLE system.
• Quality Assurance Engineer, Chemist.

- Coordinate with QA manager in quality assurance activities.
- Write and develop quality assurance procedures and work instructions.
- Helps in managing the proper housekeeping and storage condition in all warehouses.
- Acts as internal auditor and prepare the daily Housekeeping and process checklists for assigned area.
- External Audit for all suppliers of raw materials.
- Performs all required quality control tests for all raw material, supplies and equipment.
- Makes sure that all QC tests and analyses are up to date and consistent with current established standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for all QC tests and analyses performed.
- Follow up performance of all raw materials on production lines.
- Help in investigation non-conforming products, complaints and resolve the problems with the concerned department as required.
- Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing measurement, analytical equipment and facilities.
- Analyses and resolve work problems, or assists workers in solving work problem.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
