Work as an electromechanical manager for the project of dewatering system of the pharaonic temple Kom Ombo at Aswan which is the project of USAID here in Egypt
Check the design of electromechanical system consisting of submersible pumps and make sure this will make the system worked properly
Responsible for co-ordinations between site needs in Aswan according to design of project and the company rules here in Cairo.
Make selection between companies which will supply various pumps models for the project, take in consideration the special conditions design of the project’s pumps and make sure by the certificates and documents that this pumps will be tested under condition of the documentation of the project.
Responsible for installation of submersible pump inside the pump stations and well
Make selection between various vendors of st.st. valves and special pieces according to specs of the project
Use PLC, SCADA system and HMI as specs of the project
Responsible for revision of the system control desgin which the subcontractor supplied, make sure it will be crosseponding to project system philosophy.
Resbonsible for selection of the project’s 250kwe generator according to specs.
Responsible for following the execution of the designed well.
Responsible for installation of submersible pump inside the well and make reports about the result of step test and continuous test which determine the efficiency of the well and properties of the aquifer.
Responsible for mechanical maintenance of drillers, mud pumps, tractors, vehicles, generators, compressor.
Check daily maintenance report to follow up the performance of the equipment.
Check and follow up the staff which responsible for doing preventive maintenance during the stopping of the work to increase the performance of the machines to prevent or reduce shutdown (stopping) of the work.
Responsible for mechanical maintenance of drillers, trucks (Iveco, Scania, Magirus) and mud pumps.
Using the operating manual and service manual to trace and solve faults
Ensures that maintained equipment are at their highest quality
Checking that parts move properly, fit well, and are lubricated, while also checking the pressure of all hydraulic systems, transmission systems, brake system and checking the wearing parts, liquid levels to ensure that equipment meet the quality standard.
Work as site engineer on dewatering project of el-obour city.
Responsible for execution of the designed well.
Responsible for mechanical maintenance of drillers and mud pumps
Write daily maintenance report to follow up the performance of the equipment.
Make preventive maintenance during the stopping of the works.
Monthly cost control for all equipment to monitor the project mechanical section behavior.
Follow up the service and maintenance schedules.
Make emergency maintenance for equipments during the execution work.
Follow up the stock balance for the most used spare parts and lubricants.
