● Prepare and distribute daily press digests which will highlight coverage responsive to agreed keywords in print, radio and TV sources and shared with the Client.
● Provide clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
● Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
● Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
● Arrange new meetings and appointments whenever require
● Prepare Packing List, LPO, Quotations, Contracts as and when required
● File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

● Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
● Make travel arrangements.
● Handling insurance requirements, claims, settlements .
● Maintaining employee records (staff leave salary, airfare, memos, attendance etc)

● Maintain day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and other transactions

● Conduct a month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliation, adjustment, and closing journal entries to ensure accurate and full recognition of financial information.
● Collect, analyze, and summarize accounting information.
● Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing accounting information.
● Check, prepare and process all approved payment vouchers, invoices and reimbursements in accordance with the applicable payment procedures.
● Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
● Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
● Manage quotations, Purchase orders and request quotations.
