•Manage a restaurant concept development and execution from the idea till the operation experiencing different tasks and milestones such as brand creation, interior design and construction management, menu development, recruiting, training, pricing, and finally managing operation.
•Working on different roles and duties with various departments such as finance, accounting, HR and operation.
•Assess customers needs and promote the appropriate services accordingly.
•Execute all operations related to product sales in both front and back office.
•Handle after sales services such as inquiries, and providing recommendations.
•Attract potential clients through conducting outbound marketing campaigns.
